- Data Collection & Analysis for 100+ piping circuits and 50+ vessels, including equipment data, process and operating conditions, and historical inspections.
- Review Damage Mechanisms and Integrity Operating Windows (IOWs) based on the gathered data and document in Corrosion Control Documents (CCDs).
- Risk Analysis and Risk Review based on consequence and probability of failure.
- Complete Inspection Planning for the equipment and piping based on risk, ABSA regulatory requirements, and facility needs.
- Optimize Corrosion Monitoring Locations (CMLs) by reviewing historical CML data against the outcome of the RBI results.
